Fix 1

• HoM effects in SkyZone
• CreatureFactory0 ("HappySkaarj") was hardly to activate
• a lot of inventory items had no InventorySpot (Paths were not rebuild after adding them)

• removed all (43) unused SpawnPoints
• added 18 SpawnPoints for 'HappySkaarj'
• made RandomMonsters equal for both RandomCreatureFactorys
• removed useless MonsterEvent0 ("Kill all flies and pupae to open doors" is not true because there are no doors)
• added Brush95 to remove BSP errors in that area
• changed SpecialEvent{1,2}.InitialState from 'None' to 'PlaySoundEffect'
• exchanged SpecialEvent2.Event and Tag ('ksound4')
• removed useless Trigger0 (no Event nor Message)
• set Kicker11.Event to 'poo4'
• removed Trigger3
• added SpecialEvent6
